The Opportunities
* CLUB MANAGER.
As a Club Manager, you'll lead the overall success of the club by driving operations, sales, team performance, and member experience.
The Role
* Oversee day-to-day club operations
* Lead, coach, and motivate your team
* Deliver an outstanding member experience every day
* Drive social media and marketing strategy
* Drive membership growth and achieve key sales targets
* Build local connections through community engagement
* Maintain a safe, clean, and high-standard environment
* Ensure compliance with franchise and OH&S standards
About You
* Can work 36 hours a week - permanent part time 5 days a week
* With leadership or management experience preferred
* With strong fitness/gym experience
* Passion in achieving goals and thriving in a competitive environment
* Confident communicator with strong customer service skills
* Results-driven and proactive attitude
* Organised, adaptable, and ready to take ownership
* SALES MANAGER
As a Sales Manager, you'll be the driving force behind lead generation, membership sales, and community engagement for our pre-sale club.
The Role
* Connecting with potential members, understanding their fitness goals, and guiding them to the perfect membership option.
* Actively promoting our club to the local community through events, networking, strategic outreach, and business partnerships.
* Creating engaging content and leveraging social platforms to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and promote the club.
* Drive membership growth, building strong relationships with potential and existing members, and ensuring an exceptional gym experience.
* Develop and execute sales strategies, manage leads, conduct tours, and collaborate with the team to achieve revenue goals.
* Motivate members to join and stay engaged in their health journey.
About You
* Can work 36 hours a week - permanent part time 5 days a week
* Must have experience in completing call drives, driving lead generation, thrives on the hustle of getting a sale over the line and achieving set targets
* Solid sales background with consistent target achievement
* With a passion for fitness and customer service
* Extremely outgoing, vibrant, and thrives in a high-energy environment
