Fieldwork is a regular part of this role, requiring flexibility, vigilance, and a proactive approach to managing risk. Each day will be different, and every task will contribute to creating better outcomes for Queenslanders in need.

* Do you enjoy solving problems and navigating complex challenges?
* Are you motivated by the chance to create positive change in the lives of individuals and families every day?
What we're looking for:
We're seeking someone who is an excellent communicator, a natural leader, and a skilled problem solver. You'll bring a customer-focused approach and thrive in challenging situations, demonstrating resilience and a calm, balanced mindset. You'll be a mentor and role model for your team, sharing your knowledge and encouraging professional growth.
What we need from you:
* A valid Class C driver's licence.
* A commitment to professional, ethical, and culturally sensitive behaviour.
* The ability to manage conflicting demands and handle risk with confidence.
