About The Role
Lismore Base Hospital is seeking an Administration Support Officer to contribute to the efficient operation of the Clinical Information Department by processing medicolegal requests for personal and/or health information, deceased patient documentation, and supporting privacy and release of information service functions.
To be employed by NSW Health this position requires evidence of vaccination to comply with the NSW Health Occupational Assessment, Screening & Vaccination against Specified Infectious Diseases Policy (PD2026_004).
You may be subject to a probationary period of six months from the date of appointment.
