Registered Nurse (Part‑time)
Location: Southern Plus East Fremantle – Southern Cross Care WA
Shift details: Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday 06:45 am – 01:45 pm (part‑time)
About the Role
Our residential care team at Southern Plus East Fremantle is looking for a Registered Nurse to coordinate and lead the delivery of client‑focused care on a part‑time basis. You will be expected to lead small clinical teams that provide a high standard of person‑centred care to all residents.
Your Responsibilities
- Supervise and direct the delivery of client‑focused care by staff.
- Assess the total health needs of clients and document results thoroughly.
- Develop individual care plans in consultation with clients and significant others.
- Comply with all relevant legislation and policies.
- Uphold the organisation's values and principles in all areas of service delivery.
Qualifications
- A valid AHPRA registration.
- An understanding of Commonwealth Aged Care standards and Quality of Care principles.
- Good knowledge of AN‑ACC requirements.
- Proven ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Great interpersonal and communication skills.
