**About Your Role**
The Rehabilitation Social Worker (1.0FTE) provides a Social Work service to Wagga Wagga Ambulatory Rehabilitation Service (WWARS) community clients and inpatients of the Rehabilitation Ward at Wagga Wagga Base Hospital.
This position is managed by the WWARS Coordinator, with discipline specific clinical supervision provided by the Social Work Department Manager.
The Rehabilitation Social Worker aims to provide intervention where psychosocial, emotional and environmental factors affect the diagnosis, recovery and discharge of the patient.
