Role Description
This is a Flexible part‐time, remote role for a Telehealth Nurse Practitioner. Responsibilities include conducting virtual consultations, assessing patient health conditions, prescribing medications and therapies such as peptide therapy or hormone optimisation, and monitoring patient progress. The role also involves educating patients on their treatment plans, collaborating with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to design personalised care solutions, and maintaining comprehensive medical records while ensuring high standards of patient care.
Qualifications
* Current AHPRA registration as a Nurse Practitioner with relevant Australian governing bodies
* Expertise in conducting virtual consultations, assessing health conditions, and creating personalised care plans
* Knowledge of peptide therapy, hormonal optimisation, and medicinal cannabis treatments (or willingness to upskill)
* Strong skills in patient education, communication, and providing empathetic care
* Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams effectively
* Proficiency in using telehealth platforms and maintaining digital medical records
* Passion for preventive health and commitment to improving patient outcomes
* Experience in longevity, wellness, or related fields is an advantage
