Responsibilities
* Provide exceptional customer service with memorable, meaningful interactions.
* Educate customers on best care and products for their pets.
* Complete sales transactions, aiming to reach store sales goals.
* Maintain a high standard of store presentation; promptly display new stock.
* Keep knowledge of pet care, products, and services up to date.
* Contribute to a fun, supportive culture in store where the team loves coming to work.
* Demonstrate strong safety mindset and commit to creating a culture of safety.
* Load and unload deliveries and manage stock.
* Work flexibility across a 7-day roster, including weekends and public holidays.
Qualifications
* Passion for animals and a commitment to providing the best customer service.
* Experience in a retail environment.
* Drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
* Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build relationships and rapport.
* Physically fit, able to lift products up to 20 kg.
* Flexibility and availability for weekends and public holidays.
