About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Systems Engineer to support and enhance the modern workplace and infrastructure environment. This is a hands‐on role suited to someone who enjoys a mix of BAU support and project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
* Manage patching and firmware updates across the environment using Intune and WSUS (servers)
* Provide endpoint management via Microsoft Intune, primarily across Windows devices (approx. 80%) with some Mac support (approx. 20%)
* Administer and support Microsoft 365 services, including:
o Teams
o Exchange Online
o SharePoint
* Deliver Level 2 / Level 3 support to the Service Desk team
* Maintain and update operational and technical documentation
* Contribute to system improvements and ongoing optimisation initiatives
About You
* Strong experience with Microsoft Intune (endpoint management, patching, policy management)
* Solid understanding of WSUS and server patching
* Proven experience administering Microsoft 365 platforms
* Experience providing L2/L3 technical support
* Exposure to Mac device support in a Windows environment
* Linux administration experience (desirable)
* Commvault experience (highly desirable)
* Willing to be on‐site 4 days a week
