We are seeking dedicated support workers to join our team and provide high-quality in-home support services to valued customers.
The role involves supporting individuals with personal care, domestic assistance, social support, and monitoring their well-being.
Duties and Responsibilities:
* Personal Care: Assisting with showering, dressing, grooming, and medication administration
* Domestic Assistance: Light household cleaning, laundry, and meal preparation
* Social Support/Transportation: Accompanying customers to social activities, shopping, and medical appointments
* Supporting Customers with Complex Needs: Providing personalized support to customers with complex needs
Required Skills and Qualifications:
* National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Screening Check
* Current First Aid Certificate/CPR
* Australian Driver's Licence
* Reliable, Registered, and Insured Vehicle
* Smart Phone with Internet Access
* Certificate III or IV in Aged Care, Home and Community Care, Individual Support, or Disability Services
