We are looking for a reliable and organised Paralegal to join our team. The successful candidate will possess the ability to organise, multi-task, prioritise and work under pressure with minimal direction. Experience is essential.

Responsibilities
* Undertaking legal research
* Preparing and drafting court and legal documents
* Preparing and drafting correspondence
* Communicating with clients and stakeholders in person, by phone and by email
* Collating and reviewing disclosure documentsAssisting in preparing for Court
* Attendance at Court to assist with negotiations and client care
* File management (electronic)
* Arranging filing and court material
Additional Criteria
* Strong Microsoft Office skills
* Accuracy and attention to detail
* Excellent research and analytical skills
* Experience with legal databases and research tools
* Be organised, effective and complete work quickly
* Excellent communication skills
* Ability to monitor time and meet deadlines through thoughtful planning and organisation
