Product Marketing Manager - Fixed-Term Contract (6 months) Melbourne (Hybrid) Full-Time | 38 hours per week
A leading global technology and financial services organization is seeking an experienced Product Marketing Manager for a fixed-term contract covering a six-month period.
Role Overview
This role supports product marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, and activation for key seller groups. You'll contribute to go-to-market planning, launches, lifecycle communications, and pricing work, partnering closely with Product, Marketing, Sales, and Data teams.
What you'll do
* Support go-to-market initiatives across launches, campaigns, and lifecycle communications
* Use market, seller, and competitor insights to shape positioning and messaging
* Support pricing and packaging initiatives, including rollouts and communications locally
* Create and support seller-facing content across web, marketing, and sales channels
* Test ideas, analyze performance, and use insights to guide optimisation and prioritisation
* Track impact using data and insights (yes, we measure things - properly)
* Jump in to support priority projects as needed
What you bring
* Essential: Experience in Product Marketing, ideally across acquisition, onboarding or go-to-market initiatives
* Strong analytical skills with hands-on experience using data and experimentation to guide decisions
* Experience supporting pricing and packaging initiatives
* Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder management skills
* Clear, confident communicator who can influence without relying on title or ego
Desirable
* Experience in technology, fintech, or platform-based businesses
* Exposure to lifecycle communications or seller/customer enablement
* Postgraduate study or formal training in marketing, analytics, or strategy
