Job Description
As a Store Assistant, you will be the face of our retail store, providing exceptional customer service and supporting our team in maintaining high store standards. You will work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide solutions, while also being proactive in driving sales and promoting our services.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide outstanding customer service by greeting customers, answering queries, and resolving issues promptly
* Assist customers in finding products, loading purchases into vehicles, and handling returns
* Contribute to maintaining a clean and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise
* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales targets and drive business growth
* Participate in visual merchandising activities, such as arranging displays and managing stock levels
Required Skills and Qualifications
