What you'll be doing
Walking into your centre you'll smile, as the early morning sun shines over our award‐winning nature escape. When the door opens, you'll smell the fresh home‐style meals and feel the community spirit. You'll work with a close‐knit team of educators to ensure our children enjoy a safe, hygienic, and inspiring environment. You'll maintain high‐quality programs, manage compliance, and truly engage with our wonderful children and families. At the end of your shift, you'll walk out the door (still smiling) knowing the children are continuing to develop in body, mind, and spirit.
Qualifications
* Infectious enthusiasm and passion for early years education and care
* Degree or diploma in Early Childhood or equivalent
* HLTAID012 First Aid certificate or equivalent
* Understanding of the National Quality Framework & National Education & Care Services Regulations 2012
* Previous experience in child services, developing and implementing programs for 0‐to‐5‐year‐olds
* National Police Certificate and Working with Children card
