**Your Impact**
As Maintenance Supervisor, you will be responsible for the safe, efficient, and reliable upkeep of Site utilities by managing and reducing site utility expenses, energy supply risks & rates and to capitalize on the competitive climate of the de-regulated energy markets. You will also managing site reliability and facilities contracts and work in conjunction with EHS Lead to build on Carbon Strategy and Planning, Audits (Carbon Footprint), Monitoring and Reporting and Emission Reduction Projects.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Lead a team of trades and contractors to maintain operation of all utilities to site including boiler, refrigeration air conditioning, air compressors, power supplies, fire services, Ingredients-Alcohol plant, sugar silos, chlorine, etc.
- The analysis and reduction of energy, water consumption and waste generation through the site
- Management of building maintenance, roof ceiling, walls, and office areas including management of budgeted repairs.
- Work with local authorities to maintain trade waste contracts and continuous improvement plans.
- Improve organisation effectiveness through the development and deployment of solutions to improve productivity and drive a performance culture
**About You**
- Diploma in Management, Food Technology, Science, Engineering or a related discipline.
- Qualifications in Continuous Improvement Systems (eg Lean, Six Sigma).
- 5 - 8 years in engineering or EHS positions in an FMCG Manufacturing environment
- Experience with refrigeration, water treatment, boilers operating systems and maintenance would be an advantage.
- Well-developed project and change management
- Intimate knowledge of ISO and HACCP principles
