The Service Desk Officer onsite at Wodonga will be a valued member of the IT team responsible for providing the first point of contact for AWH staff, delivering 1st level customer service support to incidents and requests while ensuring a high level of professionalism and meeting the agreed service level targets. The role oversees the requests and incidents until completion and maintains an open communication channel between the requester and the technical support teams.
Qualifications
* Degree or Certificate 3 in Information Technology or related field, or currently studying or equivalent industry experience
* Knowledge of ITIL Framework
* Strong problem‐solving capabilities with an analytical, methodical, and effective approach.
* Ability to communicate solutions to customer problems via different methods of communication (email, phone, online, face to face)
* Ability to plan and prioritise work effectively in a dynamic work environment.
* Exceptional customer service skills providing a friendly, 'can‐do' approach to resolving requests.
* Experience in working collaboratively to identify and implement continuous service improvement for IT.
* Current valid Australian Driver's licence
* Experience working in the public health sector or related industry
