Supervisor Civil Works – Newman

Salary: AUD $80,342.00 – $91,054.00 per annum

Key Responsibilities
Oversee and manage civil works projects, supervise staff, maintain project schedules, monitor budgets, ensure compliance with safety and engineering standards, read and interpret construction plans, provide guidance and training to staff.
Qualifications and Experience
* Relevant tertiary qualification such as Certificate III in Civil Construction or similar.
* Minimum five (5) years of supervisory experience in roadworks construction.
* Minimum five (5) years of plant operating, road construction, and maintenance experience.
* Construction Induction White Card.
* Valid 'C' class Driver's Licence in Western Australia.
* Ability to read and interpret construction plans and basic surveying skills.
* Strong time management, leadership, planning, and communication skills.
