The Team
Our Insurance & Health department is headed up by 33 well-respectedprincipals across six states. Within the insurance space our award-winning teamis known for producing high quality advice and delivering exceptional clientservice.
The team handles claims acrossall major classes of insurance and acts for the biggest names in the insuranceindustry, both locally and overseas. The principals that head up the team forthis particular position are Nick Bell and Nick Andrew.
The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Special Counsel to join ourdynamic Sydney Insurance team. The role offers a broad range of publicliability (particularly matters in the education space) and general insurancework for an array of clients, which includes personal injury and historicalabuse claims as well civil investigations.

About You
The successful candidate will possess previous defendant insurance andlitigation experience within the liability area. Furthermore, candidateswill possess strong communication skills, significant capacity for empathy andresilience, an enthusiastic approach and a focus on client service.
