Change Analyst Role
We are seeking a dedicated professional to join our team as a Change Analyst. This 12-month fixed-term role offers a unique opportunity to shape the careers and futures of our employees.
About the Role:
* Support the development and execution of change management strategies and plans for Workday implementation.
* Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
* Collaborate with functional teams to understand Workday design and translate it into user-friendly communications.
The ideal candidate will have experience in change management within large-scale technology implementations, preferably Workday. A strong understanding of Workday design principles and business process transformation is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute change management strategies and plans.
2. Conduct stakeholder analysis, impact assessments, and readiness evaluations.
3. Translate Workday design into user-friendly communications.
This role requires excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. The ability to produce engaging video content and visual assets to support change communications is also essential.
