About the Role
In this rewarding role, you will step into rostered or ad hoc shifts to cover staffing gaps, often at short notice and based on operational needs while you:
* Provide person-centred care aligned with each resident's care plan
* Foster meaningful relationships with residents and their families
* Support daily living activities with respect, dignity and empathy
* Encourage participation in lifestyle and wellbeing activities
* Maintain accurate resident records and follow care protocols
* Help create a safe, comfortable and home-like environment
* Promote residents' independence and choice
About you
* Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or equivalent
* Experience in residential aged care (preferred)
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to work both independently and in a team
* Strong organisational and problem‐solving skills
* A genuine passion for supporting older people

What You'll Need
* Eligibility to work in Australia
* National Police Clearance (within 6 months or willing to obtain)
* Current flu vaccination (or willingness to obtain)
