This is a casual opportunity (2–3 days per week) with flexibility required across a 7-day roster, including weekends (casual loading applies for Saturday & Sunday shifts).

The opportunity
As the face of our centre, you'll deliver outstanding guest experiences while supporting the Centre Management team across a range of activities.
You'll split your time between guest interaction and behind-the-scenes support, including marketing and administration.
Key responsibilities
* Deliver exceptional service across face-to-face, phone, email & social channels
* Assist guests with directions, centre information and local area knowledge
* Support centre marketing campaigns, events and activations
* Respond to guest feedback, queries and online reviews
* Provide admin support including reporting, data entry and general coordination
* Help manage processes such as lost property and mobility services
About you
* 0–2 years' experience in customer service, retail or hospitality
* Passionate about people, service and creating memorable experiences
* Strong communication skills with confidence engaging a diverse audience
* Highly organised with great attention to detail
* Proactive, adaptable and thrives in a fast-paced environment
* An interest in marketing, events or retail environments is highly desirable
Availability
* Available to work 2–3 days per week
* Must be flexible across a 7-day roster
* Weekend shifts required (casual loading paid)
