The Role
Reporting to the CFO, you will be responsible for the overall delivery of the budgeting & forecasting process across business whilst developing a new business partnering framework to drive effective corporate decision making.
You will lead a range of external benchmarking projects to ensure the division remains cost competitive. Additionally, you will provide training to your direct reports to sustain seamless cash flow and budgeting & forecasting.
The Duties
Drive the budgeting and forecasting process as well as generate actionable insights through the delivery of analysis derived from business modelling, standardised reporting and process improvement
Monthly reporting in TM1
Provide regular support and guidance to other members of the finance team, as well as dealing with senior stakeholders across the business
Previous experience using TM1 systems for the purpose of monthly reporting and modelling. You must be strong with excel and experience with other similar more automated systems will also be an advantage. Excellent relationship skills and stakeholder management.
Experience & Skills
CA or CPA qualified
Experience in a group FP&A; function, ideally as a manager or similar role, having played a key part in supporting all aspects of a finance function
Well-rounded knowledge of TM1, financial systems and dashboards
Understanding of government contracts
Require a police check or working with children check (WWCC)
