As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and support. Your primary responsibility will be to operate and instruct customers on the safe use of our equipment, ensuring their projects run smoothly and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities:
* Instruct and demonstrate to customers on how to safely use our equipment
* Perform pickup and delivery of equipment from customer sites
* Provide exceptional customer service in all customer interactions
* Maintain the high standard and quality of equipment through regular servicing and minor repairs
* Perform cleaning of branch facilities and maintenance of equipment as required
Requirements:
A valid driver's license is required for this role. Additionally, you must be available to work weekends on a rotating roster. You will also need to possess a level of physical fitness, as this role involves lifting and standing for extended periods. A strong communication skillset, proactive attitude, and ability to learn new skills are essential for success in this position.
