Position Overview
We currently have an opportunity for a Handyperson to join our workforce and play a key role in supporting the effective management of properties across Stockland's national portfolio, located at Willawong Distribution Centre. Reporting to the Facilities Manager.
What You'll Do
* Carry out general maintenance and repairs across multi-sites.
* Perform routine, preventative and reactive maintenance to ensure safety and presentation.
* Respond to maintenance requests promptly and efficiently.
* Complete basic trade tasks (e.g., plumbing, carpentry, minor electrical, painting) within scope.
* Conduct safety checks, identify issues, and ensure compliance with WHS standards.
What You'll Bring
* Proven experience in general maintenance, handyperson work, or repairs.
* Construction White Card.
* Ability to carry out general repairs across multiple areas (carpentry, plumbing, basic electrical).
* Strong understanding of workplace health and safety (WHS) and hazard identification.
* Good time management, problem‐solving skills, and ability to work independently.
* Ability to communicate professionally, manage multiple tasks, and maintain accurate records.
* Prepared to undertake necessary pre‐employment checks including National Police Check and medical.
* Working with Children's Check – mandatory.
* Trade qualifications or certifications (desirable but not essential).
