Comprehensive Dementia Support Clinician

As a Comprehensive Dementia Support Clinician, you will play a key part in organizing clinics for dementia and aged care alongside a rehabilitation specialist while also providing vital support through home visits.

We are looking for someone with excellent communication, assessment, and time management skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to connect with people from diverse cultural backgrounds.

* You're confident in working autonomously and as part of a multidisciplinary team
* You possess strong time management, assessment, and communication skills
* You bring a genuine interest in dementia care and an eagerness to support carers and community teams
* You have the cultural awareness and empathy to support diverse populations
Requirements:
* Current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse
* Proven clinical experience in dementia, delirium, or aged care case management
