Territory Development Representative – Phone Based
Location: 1 day a week in office (Wacol QLD). 4 days a week from home. Open to fully remote for the right candidate. Employment: Permanent
The Job
As a phone-based Territory Development Representative, you will support remote and regional leads and customers across QLD, NSW & NZ, driving revenue growth through proactive outbound calls, promoting our product range and campaigns, and qualifying leads for the field sales team.
Responsibilities
* Making outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to promote products and current offers.
* Responding to customer inquiries and converting leads into sales opportunities.
* Maintaining accurate customer records and sales activity in CRM systems.
* Achieving or exceeding monthly sales targets and KPIs.
* Supporting the field sales team by qualifying end‐user leads and ensuring follow‐up.
* Building strong customer relationships through professional and proactive communication.
Qualifications
* Proven experience in outbound or inside sales, call‐centre sales, or customer service with sales KPIs.
* Strong communication and relationship‐building skills with a customer‐first mindset.
* Proactive, results‐driven attitude with resilience to handle objections and meet targets.
* Organisational skills with attention to detail when maintaining records and following processes.
* Intermediate MS Office skills (Excel, Outlook, Word).
* CRM experience desirable (e.g. Salesforce, SAP).
