What You’ll Be Doing
- Client Experience & Consulting
- Guide clients through the colour and electrical selection process
- Provide expert advice on design choices, upgrades, and product options
- Build rapport and ensure a smooth, stress-free experience
- Prepare for appointments with all necessary documentation
- Accurately record selections and pricing for client sign-off
- Monitor performance and contribute to team goals
- Collaborate with colleagues across the Burbank Group
- Attend training and stay up-to-date with product knowledge
- Share ideas to improve studio processes and client experience
What You’ll Bring
- Qualification in Interior Design or a related field
- Strong customer service and time management skills
- A proactive, creative approach to problem-solving
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- Intermediate skills in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- Professional presentation and communication style
