The Role:
As Program Director, you will take ownership of a major AWS infrastructure transformation program, leading delivery across strategy, execution, stakeholder management, governance, and program outcomes.
You’ll work closely with senior leadership, technology teams, delivery partners, and business stakeholders to ensure successful rollout of the initial transformation phase while setting foundations for future program stages.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead end-to-end delivery of a large-scale AWS transformation program
* Oversee cloud infrastructure modernisation initiatives
* Drive program governance, delivery planning, risk management and stakeholder engagement
* Coordinate cross-functional technology and business teams
* Ensure delivery milestones are achieved within aggressive timeframes
* Provide strategic leadership across a complex enterprise environment
* Build strong relationships across executive and operational stakeholder groups
What We’re Looking For:
* Strong background delivering AWS infrastructure or cloud transformation initiatives
* Exceptional stakeholder management and executive communication skills
