Your Role
You will be a trusted partner to leaders across the business, supporting the full employee lifecycle, from attracting top talent to fostering a thriving workplace culture that is compliant, efficient, and aligned with Pioneer's values. This is an environment where you can work autonomously, influence decisions, and be a trusted advisor across a fast-moving organisation.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* End to end recruitment including screening, interviewing and onboarding great people who bring integrity and purpose to their work.
* Support leaders and team members with performance management processes with sound knowledge of employment law, awards and procedures.
* Assist in the resolution of grievances or employee issues in a fair, professional and timely manner.
* Maintain and update HR policies, ensuring they remain current, compliant and aligned to our values.
* Contribute to ongoing People initiatives and continuous improvement projects.
* Manage and update employee records and systems with accuracy and confidentiality.
* A team player with the ability to make the advisor role your own and work autonomously.
Your Experience
* 2-3 years' experience in a HR advisory or similar role (ideally in a complex or multi-award environment).
* Strong knowledge in assisting and occasionally leading disciplinary meetings.
* Solid understanding of employment legislation and HR best practices.
* Hands-on experience in recruitment and onboarding (experience in high volume recruitment desired).
* Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
* High attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
* A proactive mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
* A strong sense of discretion and professionalism.
* Strong knowledge in assisting and occasionally leading disciplinary meetings.
