About the Role
You will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and improving machinery used across our macadamia orchards, either in the workshop or out on farm.
Key responsibilities include
* Servicing, diagnostics, and repairs on tractors, trucks, farm machinery, and small engines
* Hydraulic system troubleshooting and repairs
* Preventative maintenance programs
* Breakdown response and field service work across farms
* Ensuring machinery is safe, compliant, and operational during peak harvest periods
About You

* Able to work collaboratively across multiple farm sites
