About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Senior OutSystems Full Stack Developer to join a major digital transformation initiative within a large public‑sector organisation.
In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, testing, and enhancement of a key online application used across the justice and community services ecosystem. You will work end‑to‑end on modernising and future‑proofing a critical digital service while collaborating with cross‑functional teams in an Agile environment.

Key Responsibilities
* Design, develop, and maintain robust, scalable, and secure applications
* Work across all stages of the software development lifecycle to meet technical and functional requirements
* Build solution features following OutSystems development best practices
* Develop high‑quality, maintainable code and responsive user interfaces
* Contribute to continuous improvement across development processes
* Conduct code reviews, performance optimisation, and troubleshooting
* Prepare and maintain relevant technical documentation
* Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team and manage multiple priorities effectively
About You
* 5+ years of full stack development experience using modern frameworks (e.g., React, Angular, Vue)
* Strong hands‑on experience with the OutSystems Platform
* Experience working within Agile development environments
* Familiarity with Jira, Confluence, version control systems, and CI/CD tools
* Experience integrating with REST‑based services and platforms such as Mulesoft
* Proficiency in SQL databases (Oracle, MySQL, or MSSQL) and data modelling
* Solid understanding of web development best practices
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical and business requirements
