Hospital Relationship & Inventory Coordinator
We're looking for a Hospital Relationship & Inventory Coordinator to support our hospital partners by ensuring efficient inventory management, seamless communication, and exceptional service delivery.
Responsibilities
* Builds strong, trusted relationships with hospital stakeholders.
* Travel to hospitals to manage inventory and ensure seamless supply and service delivery.
* Takes ownership of inventory accuracy and stock visibility.
* Is proactive and solutions-focused in resolving issues.
* Communicates clearly across internal & external teams.
* Thrives in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment.
* Balances customer service with operational priorities.
Qualifications
* Experience in healthcare, MedTech, or hospital environment.
* Background in inventory, logistics, or supply chain roles.
* Strong stakeholder and relationship management skills.
* High attention to detail and organisational ability.
* Confidence using systems (ERP/CRM/stock management tools).
