Casual Event Workforce Coordinator – Good Food & Wine Event (4-Day Event) Adecco is seeking an experienced and proactive Casual Event Workforce Coordinator to support the successful delivery of the Good Food & Wine Event across a four-day period. This short-term event role is ideal for someone with strong event staffing experience who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys working with people. As the Workforce Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing all Adecco staff onsite, ensuring workforce operations run smoothly and that staffing requirements are met throughout the event. You will act as the key liaison between event organisers, Adecco management, and event staff, ensuring a positive experience for both clients and employees. Responsibilities Coordinate and supervise all Adecco event staff throughout the three-day event. Conduct staff check-ins, briefings, and daily workforce communications. Ensure staff are deployed to the correct locations and roles as scheduled. Monitor attendance, punctuality, presentation, and performance standards. Act as the primary contact for all workforce-related enquiries and issues. Troubleshoot and resolve staffing challenges, last-minute changes, and operational issues as they arise. Liaise closely with event organisers and Adecco management to ensure staffing requirements are met. Manage workforce movements, break schedules, and shift coverage. Ensure all staff comply with event procedures, health and safety requirements, and client expectations. Maintain accurate attendance records and provide workforce updates throughout the event. Foster a positive team culture and support staff to deliver an exceptional event experience. Your Profile Previous experience coordinating staff at large-scale events, festivals, hospitality activations, exhibitions, sporting events, or similar environments. Strong leadership, organisational, and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. Ability to remain calm and professional under pressure. Current Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certification. Current Working with Children Check (WWCC). Ability to work the full duration of the three-day event. Reliable, professional, and highly organised. Casual Event-Based Assignment Duration: 4-Day Good Food & Wine Event - 18th-21st June Event hours will vary and may include early starts, late finishes, but typically 9.00-18.00 The successful candidate will be a confident and approachable leader with a hands-on attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional event experiences.
