Job Summary
We require a skilled professional to modify our medical centre's current toilet to make it accessible for people with disabilities, by widening the walls as per building codes and guidelines.
The renovation is necessary due to water leakage downstairs and must be completed promptly, considering a tenant currently occupies the unit.
* Remove existing bathroom fixtures, install cement sheets for flooring and walls, and ensure a watertight seal.
* Supply and install shower base, shower screen, vanity, and toilet seat.
* Tile the shower and floor area, replacing plaster and tiles where required.
Key Qualifications:
* Extensive experience in bathroom renovations, including thorough knowledge of applicable rules and regulations.
* Valid license and insurance.
* Flexibility in timing and project scheduling.
Please refer to attached pictures and dimensions for further information. Inspections are welcome. We prefer Gyprock for the wall, excluding the shower area, and will not use tile elsewhere.
