We’re seeking a proactive, organised, and driven Sales Administration Officer to join our central head office team in Ashmore, supporting all Atkins Health locations.

About the Role
As our Sales Administration Officer, you will play a key role in supporting business growth, client engagement, referral relationships, and administrative operations across all Atkins Health locations.
You will work closely with leadership, practitioners, and administration teams to support sales initiatives, client retention strategies, referral pathways, and day-to-day administrative functions that contribute to exceptional client experiences.
Your Duties
* Support sales and business development initiatives across all Atkins Health locations.
* Manage inbound enquiries and assist potential clients through the onboarding process.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with GP clinics, allied health referrers, community organisations, and external stakeholders.
* Coordinate referral tracking, follow-ups, and client engagement activities.
* Support appointment utilisation and practitioner schedules through proactive client communication.
* Maintain accurate client records, reporting data, and CRM systems.
* Assist leadership with administrative tasks, reporting, and operational coordination.
* Identify opportunities to improve systems, workflows, and client experiences across the organisation.
* Work collaboratively with clinic administration teams to ensure consistency across all locations.
* Support general administration duties including phone management, invoicing support, data entry, and documentation.
Our Ideal Candidate Would Have
* Previous experience in sales administration, healthcare administration, client relationship management, or business development.
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills with confidence speaking to clients and stakeholders.
* Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
* Experience using CRM systems, practice management software, and Microsoft Office programs.
* High attention to detail and strong written communication skills.
* Ability to work autonomously while contributing positively to a team environment.
* A proactive mindset with a passion for continuous improvement and problem-solving.
* Experience within allied health, healthcare, or medical administration is highly desirable.
* Knowledge of Medicare, DVA, WorkCover, or private health processes is advantageous.
