Job Description
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of innovative employment services across our regions, with a focus on quality, efficiency, and client satisfaction. This role requires exceptional leadership skills, strategic thinking, and a commitment to fostering a culture of excellence within the team.
* Lead improvements to customer and employer experience through strategic planning and collaboration
* Drive team performance to exceed quality and performance targets, ensuring alignment with organisational goals
* Oversee budget management, ensuring effective use of resources to deliver high-quality services
* Develop and implement coaching and training programs to enhance team capabilities and knowledge
* Build and maintain strong partnerships with employers, community stakeholders, and referral networks to expand opportunities for clients
* Strengthen relationships with local agencies, facilitating collaboration and knowledge sharing to improve outcomes
* Ensure ongoing professional development for team members, promoting best practice in disability support and employment services
* Adhere to organisational policies and procedures, maintaining compliance with regulatory requirements
Required Skills and Qualifications

* Proven experience in employment services, preferably in a leadership or management capacity
* Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budget management and resource allocation
* Exceptional leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and motivate high-performing teams
* Background in recruitment, talent management, and human resources
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and influencing abilities
* Results-driven mindset, with a track record of achieving and exceeding performance targets
* Criminal record check (essential) and NDIS Worker Screening Clearance (essential)
