Property Manager – Healthcare & Commercial Portfolio
A highly regarded private real estate owner is seeking a Property Manager to oversee a diverse healthcare and commercial property portfolio.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a high-quality portfolio, working closely with tenants, contractors, and internal stakeholders to drive operational performance, tenant engagement and asset outcomes.
Key responsibilities include:
* Managing landlord and tenant relationships across healthcare and commercial assets
* Overseeing operational budgets, reporting, and outgoings management
* Coordinating contractors, maintenance, and compliance obligations
* Supporting asset management initiatives and operational improvements
* Delivering a high standard of tenant engagement and customer service
We are seeking candidates with:
* Experience in commercial and/or healthcare property management
* Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
* Exposure to institutional-grade assets preferred
* A proactive and solutions-focused approach
