About the role
This role will provide clinical leadership to the community child and youth mental health program. You will deliver comprehensive, high‑quality psychiatric services for young people aged 0–18 at multiple sites across north‑west Tasmania, including outreach clinics, the young person's residence and the hospital emergency department. Your primary responsibilities include assessment and treatment, participating in clinical reviews, providing consultancy for other team members and units, ensuring clinical governance requirements are met, and maintaining close links with other specialists, general practitioners and service providers to ensure continuity of patient care.
