The Policy and Legislative Services Advisor will play a key role in supporting the Legislation, Policy and Information Services (LPIS) Division in developing effective legislative solutions and authoritative advice.
Key Responsibilities
* Assist in reviewing, analysing, advising, and developing policy and strategy across various contexts.
* Work closely with senior colleagues to formulate responses to emerging priority issues.
* Undertake research and analysis on relevant literature, case law, industry trends, and best practices.
* Develop options to resolve emerging or significant policy and regulatory issues.
Requirements
This role requires exceptional analytical and communication skills, with strong ability to translate insights into clear, evidence-based policy advice.
Tertiary qualifications in economics, law, public policy, administration, science, or health are highly valued.
