Responsibilities
* Answering incoming calls and directing enquiries
* Greeting and assisting customers in person
* Performing basic data entry and maintaining records
* Using web-based systems to receipt incoming freight
* General administrative support to the team
* Assisting with coordination and ensuring processes are followed
Qualifications / What You Need to Succeed
* Strong customer service skills
* Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
* Basic administrative experience
* Competency in data entry and Excel
* Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
* A positive and team-oriented attitude
