About the Opportunity
New opportunity for a vibrant Campaign Specialist to dive into the world of B2C Retail promotional campaigns and focus on energising social & digital activations for our 50 strong Horseland store network across Australia.
The Campaign Specialist will plan campaigns, promotional incentives, identify product insights with the retail team, build content briefs with production, approve creative designs that support all marketing initiatives/projects, recommend & track the budget for media promotions, track ROI/sales outcomes on key initiatives, support the retail business & recommend new promo mechanics that will drive category performance across stores/website, strive for delivery of best‐in‐class content that out‐performs competitors, guide the retail and marketing teams on effective promotional sales initiatives, build rapport with others, communicate clearly, collaborate across the marketing & functional teams, support other parts of the Marketing & Digital team and business on ad hoc projects, as needed.
About You
Skilled in creative development, media strategy, integrated campaign management; an expert in the art of paid, owned, earned channels with above the line focus and solid understanding of digital; a clear communicator and stakeholder liaison skills, can unearth valuable insights from campaign performance, customer data and turn it into actions for greater success; a positive, organised, detail minded person with a commitment to follow through from planning to execution stage.
