About You
You're an experienced training leader who thrives in complex, fast-paced, and safety-critical environments such as logistics, mining, chemical processing, construction, or waste management, with substantial experience leading competency-based programs, including expertise in dangerous goods (DG) and hazardous substances training. You will bring a strategic focus on building capability within ETS to enable the business to know what a great training system could be and delivering the roadmap to achieve this.
You know how to align teams to deliver practical, blended learning across frontline operations, whether they be in a truck cabin, depot, or high-risk zone. You're confident navigating matrix structures, partnering with a variety of stakeholders, and working with RTOs to ensure quality and compliance.
You bring strong leadership, exceptional stakeholder management skills, and a passion for lifting capability at every level. Most importantly, you lead by example, supporting your team, coaching leaders, and embedding a culture of continuous learning wherever you go.
