About the Role:
We are currently seeking an experienced Project Delivery Lead to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the delivery of projects and/or programs across all products, providing project assurance and governance where required.
Key Responsibilities:
* Lead the delivery of a portfolio of major projects, ensuring alignment with objectives, quality standards, contractual commitments, and financial targets.
* Establish effective project governance, monitor progress, manage risks, and ensure accurate reporting and transparency.
* Build strong relationships with senior customer stakeholders, act as the escalation point, and represent the program in governance forums and executive updates.
* Plan and manage regional resourcing in partnership with the Regional Services Director, ensuring accurate forecasting and effective allocation of skills.
* (Where applicable) Recruit, develop, and lead a high-performing consulting team, driving engagement, utilisation, and professional growth.
* Provide leadership to Engagement Managers and Project Managers, stepping into projects as needed to de-risk and maintain delivery momentum.
Requirements:
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in project and program management, including governance frameworks and delivery methodologies. They will also possess a strong understanding of the software development lifecycle, solution architectures, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
The candidate should be a strong team player with the ability to build and maintain effective relationships with clients and colleagues to achieve shared outcomes. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are essential, as is the ability to clearly engage with customers, engineering, product, marketing, and executive stakeholders.
