This is a hands‐on role and you will be working as an important part of the administration team, focusing on the accounts area, and directly reporting to Management.
Your duties will include but not be limited to:
* Liaise with departments on invoices in any currency, payments, and receipts into the accounting system.
* Manage the completion and reconciliation of Accounts Receivable functions including processing of employee expense reimbursement.
* Manage the process and reconciliation of Accounts Payable function, ensuring a timely and accurate system for posting invoices in the accounting system and their subsequent payments.
* Manage the process of HR lifecycle for all employees in the team.
* Assist with payroll data generation and collaboration with payroll processing.
* Reconcile creditor statements during and at end of month closing.
* Manage reconciliation and processing of credit card statements.
* Perform weekly bank reconciliation process.
* Assist in cash forecast preparation.
* Other duties as directed by Management and requested by the bookkeeping team.
Skills & Experience
* Experience in accounts, bookkeeping, or finance administration (2‐3 years minimum).
* Experience in HR administration (2‐3 years minimum).
* Strong understanding of payroll and compliance.
* Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
* Experience with accounting software (e.g. Xero preferred).
