We're looking for a creative and driven Marketing Manager to join our dynamic Company. This is a unique opportunity to bring your marketing skills to life across two thriving industries — Real Estate and Hospitality — promoting our local Real Estate and Hospitality Business in the heart of the Margaret River Region.
About the Role
You'll manage the marketing for both our real estate and our hospitality businesses, working across two established yet very different industries. One day you might be crafting a property campaign and supporting agent profiles; the next, you'll be planning creative promotions for the Cafe.
Your Responsibilities
* Lead all aspects of marketing for properties, agents, and the agency brand
* Manage and implement the rollout of the new First National branding
* Manage digital and print campaigns for new listings, sales, and rentals
* Support agent marketing with personal branding, listings, and promotional materials.
* Develop agency-level marketing and communications systems to improve consistency, efficiency, and performance
* Oversee property advertising, social media, website updates, and newsletters
* Use REX CRM to streamline processes, communications, and marketing workflows across our offices
Hospitality Marketing
* Create engaging content, promotions, and campaigns for our cafe restaurant, events, and community activations
* Manage social media, photography, and design assets that bring the venue's brand and story to life
* Coordinate seasonal promotions, local collaborations, and event communications
About You
* Proven experience in marketing — ideally across real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle brands
* Strong creative and strategic thinking skills with the ability to manage multiple projects
* Confident using digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and CRM systems
* Organised, proactive, and adaptable — able to switch between brands and priorities with ease
* Collaborative, community-minded, and passionate about the Margaret River region
