Senior Educator (Lead Educator) at Goodstart North Mackay. Full time, 38 hours per week. Location: 19 Hamilton Street, North Mackay, QLD.

Responsibilities
* Take charge of your own room, leading a team of Educators to deliver educational programs.
* Collaborate with the Centre Leadership Team and the Educational Leader to observe, inform and continuously improve teaching practices.
* Ensure safety and inclusivity for all children, tailoring learning experiences to meet diverse needs.
* Maintain high standards of care and education as set by the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
Qualifications
* Diploma in Early Childhood (or ACECQA approved equivalent).
* Strong knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Standards.
* Current Queensland Working with Children Check.
