Our client is a cabin accommodation and restaurant provider with an open air Poolside Bar and Bistro. They are looking for an experienced Head House Keeper to work as part of their team.
Responsibilities
* Clean the interior of buildings.
* Clean outside areas using a variety of cleaning techniques and tools.
* Sweep, dust, mop and polish floors, vacuum, and shampoo carpets.
* Dispose of rubbish and empty waste containers.
* Maintain a clean and organized facility.
* Maintain kitchens, wash dishes and cooking utensils, and clean appliances.
* Picking up, sorting, washing, drying, ironing, and linen.
* Set and clear tables, and serve food and beverages.
* Take care of plants, receive visitors, answer telephones and deliver messages.
* Determine work requirements and allocate duties to housekeepers and coordinate other organisational units.
* Enforce, explain and maintain safety regulations in addition to maintaining records and rosters of staff.
Qualifications
You will need an AQF Certificate III including at least two years of on-the-job training or at least three years of relevant experience may substitute for the formal qualifications.
Salary and Benefits
Salary is $55,000–$65,000 plus superannuation.
