As a Business Growth Specialist, you will drive sales expansion and enhance market presence by developing and executing effective sales strategies, building sales processes, identifying new business opportunities, and establishing relationships with key clients and partners.
* Develop and execute compelling sales plans across traditional and digital channels
* Create and utilize efficient sales processes within CRM systems
* Identify and pursue novel business opportunities while maintaining existing client accounts
* Establish and nurture strong relationships with key clients and partners
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to inform business decisions
* Provide regular reporting on sales performance and forecasts
Requirements
* Proven experience in sales and business development within the pneumatics industry
* In-depth knowledge of industry products, market trends, and customer needs
* Demonstrated ability to create and implement effective sales processes
* Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
* Results-driven mindset with a track record of meeting sales targets
* Experience with MYOB Advanced and Phocas
