Key Responsibilities
* Deliver warm, efficient service and anticipate guest needs throughout the night.
* Manage check-ins, check-outs, guest accounts, and nightly audit tasks with accuracy.
* Ensure all revenue and payments are correctly posted and reconcile any discrepancies.
* Action reservations, messages, and guest requests promptly and professionally.
* Work closely with Housekeeping, Maintenance, Reservations, and the Night Manager to prepare rooms and resolve guest issues.
* Maintain strong communication, uphold hotel policies, and ensure a safe, clean work environment.
* Support other departments and complete additional duties as required.
