About the Role: As Group MEP Director, you will oversee the MEP operations for a portfolio of world-class properties, ensuring the highest standards of design, maintenance, and efficiency.
Reporting to senior leadership, you will play a key role in driving innovation, sustainability, and operational excellence across multiple luxury resorts and hotels.
Key Responsibilities: Oversee all MEP systems and operations across the Caribbean, Central, and Latin American regions.Lead strategic planning, budgeting, and execution of MEP-related projects, including renovations and new developments.Ensure compliance with international standards and best practices for energy efficiency, safety, and sustainability.Develop and mentor regional MEP teams, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.Collaborate with property leadership to address operational challenges and optimize systems What We're Looking For: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Civil Engineering (or equivalent).
Proven experience in a senior MEP leadership role, preferably within the hospitality industry.Strong project management skills with the ability to lead large-scale, multi-site projects.Expertise in energy efficiency, sustainability practices, and creative technologies.Exceptional leadership and communication abilities, with fluency in English (Spanish is an asset).
