This role gives you the chance to lead a major commercial construction project in Melbourne's North-West.
The project itself is a major drawcard. It's a large-scale commercial development featuring modern, state-of-the-art facilities and a multi-stage delivery strategy. Stage one is valued at approximately $150m, with future stages already planned as part of the broader development. Beyond the project, you'll be joining a business with a strong reputation for delivering complex commercial construction projects across Australia. Supported by experienced leadership and established systems, you'll have the autonomy to lead a significant project while being backed by the resources of a well-resourced national contractor.
To be considered, you'll bring proven experience delivering large-scale commercial construction projects for a commercial builder, ideally in a Project Manager or Senior Project Manager capacity. You'll be confident managing project teams, subcontractors, consultants and clients while taking ownership of programme, commercial and delivery outcomes on complex builds.
